Resources and case studies

Our resources are organised around key wellbeing and engagement themes:

  • The big picture – resources which take a cross-cutting, holistic or strategic approach to the wider wellbeing agenda. This section also includes project guidance on designing and implementing workplace interventions and the findings of the project’s wellbeing and performance mapping strand.
  • Health – resources focussed around physical and mental health including physical activity, occupational health, nutrition and sickness absence
  • Communications and events – resources looking a how these elements can be used to enhance employee wellbeing and engagement
  • Leadership and management – Resources focussing on how good leadership and management practices can impact on health and wellbeing
  • Organisational culture – Resources centred around creating an organisational culture supportive of wellbeing including building engagement, the psychological contract and organisational values.

Each themed section includes: overview documents, which include tools and guidance drawn from across the range of project pilot interventions within that themed strand; Project pilot interventions, which include all the findings, details, tools and supporting documents related to each pilot intervention; research and reports; case studies; and presentations.
